Winemaker Emma Bowen leads the team with a focus on creating premium quality Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. 2. Dalrymple Vineyards: 95 points Established over three decades ago, Dalrymple Vineyards is now part of Hill-Smith Family Vineyards. Winemaker Peter Caldwell has brought with him extensive knowledge of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from his time at Te Kairanga Wines in New Zealand. The vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality wines, and their efforts have been recognized with a score of 95 points.

3. Mount Barker Shiraz 2020: 95 points Sourced from various vineyards, including Block 9, which was planted in 1985, Mount Barker Shiraz 2020 has an alluring bouquet and a purple/crimson hue. On the palate, warm spices and a hint of oak quickly make an impact, with juicy red and black cherries, licorice, and perfectly balanced tannins. The McRae Wood Clare Valley Shiraz 2019: 96 points Matured for 12 months in French oak, The McRae Wood Clare Valley Shiraz 2019 is a savoury, spicy, and intense wine with a focus on savoury elements. It boasts layers of shaved deli meat, Amaro herbs, bacon fat, mulberries, blood plums, salted licorice, and tapenade, all perfectly integrated into the wine's structure.
