How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time varies based on your location and chosen shipping method. Express delivery typically arrives within 1-4 days, while Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 days. If you required a next-day delivery, we offer TNT express option, which is available at checkout.
How much does the shipping cost, and do you offer free shipping?
Shipping cost will vary depending on the location, the items in the order and the shipping method you choose. You can see the total shipping cost at the checkout.
We offer Free Shipping service for orders over $250 in VIC and $399 in other states excluding NT in Australia.
What is your shipping policy on delivery and what courier do you use?
At JC Fine Wines, we value timely and reliable delivery for our customers. We offer the option for customers to note which courier they prefer, however, we primarily use Auspost or Sendle for our deliveries. It is important to note that all matters related to delivery, including tracking and issues with delivery, should be addressed with the courier directly. While we cannot directly resolve any issues with delivery, we will do our best to assist and provide any necessary information to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Do you offer international shipping?
Generally we do not offer internatonal shipping and the majority of our stock is sold locally in Australia. Some products are available from overseas stock, please contact us on 0456 948 270 or hi@jcfinewines.au for more information.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We offer refunds or exchanges for eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.
What is your return policy?
We will cancel an order and issue a refund if the following situations happen: 1. Pricing Errors 2. Out of Stock 3. Faulty or Damaged Products. Refund requests must be made within 3 days after delivery; we cannot process requests made beyond this period. Please see Ruturn Policy for more details.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take about 3-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If customers require a refund of delivered items for other personal reason which is out of our refund policy, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
