PayPal Payment Troubleshoot

We noticed that some customers had trouble completing checkout with PayPal Express. It appears that PayPal has certain restrictions that sometimes prevent online alcohol purchases. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We tried to contact PayPal support to tackle this issue but not done yet. If you’re still interested in your selected wines or spirits, please try an alternative payment method such as Apple Pay or Credit Card, which ought to go through smoothly.

Transfer is also welcome, please transfer the amount to the following bank account with your Order Number as reference instead:
