The 2018 Moorilla Estate Muse Pinot Noir is a sophisticated cool-climate Pinot Noir from one of Tasmania's most historic and acclaimed wineries. Produced by Moorilla Estate, the Muse range represents the pinnacle of the estate's winemaking, crafted from the finest vineyard parcels overlooking the Derwent River near Hobart.
Founded in 1958, Moorilla Estate is one of Tasmania's pioneering wineries and is internationally recognised as the home of the renowned MONA (Museum of Old and New Art). The estate's vineyards benefit from a cool maritime climate and long growing season, providing ideal conditions for Pinot Noir to develop complexity, finesse, and varietal purity.
The outstanding 2018 vintage in Tasmania produced Pinot Noir of exceptional concentration and balance. Warm, dry conditions during the growing season allowed for excellent ripening while retaining the natural acidity and elegance that define Tasmania's finest wines.
