Home Block is an award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, produced from vines surrounding the Tocaciu family home. It is a single vineyard parcel grown on terra rossa soil from vines planted in 1960. Home Block was the first wine that Pat released for the family business. It shows the true essence of Coonawarra – rich, dark berry fruits and elegant tannins. 98 PTS — Winestate Magazine - Equal Top In Category "Cab + Bordeaux Challenge". Eligible for "Wine of the Year Awards".

MATURATION: 2 years in French & American, tightly grained, medium toast oak barriques (60% new). Aged in bottle for an additional 2 years in the Patrick Cellars. These techniques ensure this wine is complex. Further cellaring potential: 15 yrs.
