Product Overview
Located high on a hill in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, Bimbadgen Estate is a striking winery and vineyard encompassing an expansive Cellar Door and award-winning restaurant Esca Bimbadgen.
The Hunter Valley's soils are naturally suited to the growing of high-quality grapes which are characteristically full of flavour, depth and intensity. Bimbadgen Estate vineyards have been producing such grapes for over 40 years. Currently, the Estate's mature vines naturally yield approximately one to two tonnes of premium grapes per acre. Ideal for production of the finest wines.
Varieties grown within Bimbadgen's vineyards include Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier. Other varieties, such as Verdelho, Barbera, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot are sourced from select vineyards within the Hunter Valley, Orange, and other premium wine growing regions around Australia.
